Continuing with the birthday photoshoots! I never did these birthday shoots before but I feel like this should totally be a thing. No more birthday party event coverage and more birthday portraits please!

Had a fantastic time last week with talented visual strategist, Bonnie Dickson, shooting at the Mr. X event at the Toronto International Film Festival!

Birthday milestones are a really great excuse to take some awesome portraits and glam up! I think they'll be really fun to look back on and show future grandkids what you looked like at various stages of life.

Nothing says summer like filming on the beach and working with some fantastic people.

My first semester teaching at photography at Sheridan College was an absolute blast! I learned so much from a fantastic group of summer students and hopefully they learned a lot from me too!

Without a person operating the camera (and I also forgot a remote trigger), these were very challenging to shoot with a tripod and a 10-second timer!

This summer I had the opportunity to participate in the surveillance photography training of the Peel Regional Police.

This is how you make couple's photos that people will actually remember and care about! Be creative and dare to be outside the box. :)

Sometimes things don't go our way, but the truly ambitious don't just give up on the idea, we just pivot the plan.

We love working with local artists and just all around cool people! Having a great relationship with clients and turning a "work shoot" into a fun hangout is always the goal for me.

Last month, we wrapped a campaign called Ageless and Unstoppable with the City of Vaughan to promote the active recreational programs running across the city for older adults.

I grew my hair out over the past 3 years and have now cut it off to donate. It's a great cause and if you are planning on getting your hair cut anyways and want to support this organization, you can read up on them here: https://www.acvf.ca/angel-hair-for-kids.

Despite it being a shortened week due to the long weekend, it was busy-busy with 5 shoots including the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra!

Limit One Productions was also grateful to be part of the festivities taking photos of the action of this amazing community event.

Guess what happened with our outdoor portrait session with only a 1-2% chance of rain?!

While I don't shoot weddings anymore, I recommend all aspiring photographers and videographers to get wedding experience.

Started at a networking event and took some portrait photos.

Literally only my second class and my students at Sheridan have already come up with a hashtag for me.

What I realized is that nowadays I just embrace the colour and if we look like smurfs, then we look like smurfs.

Trying to learn dance choreography on our lunch break with maybe 4 hours sleep over 72 hours is not my strong suit...
