@duocaptures invited us for an awkward photoshoot and boy do I love me some awkwardness so obviously Vicki and I jumped at the opportunity!

We were a Platinum Winner of 2025 with the international MarCom Awards recognizing our work on the Ageless and Unstoppable Campaign. It marks the first official award that Limit One Productions has been a part of and I just can’t thank the team enough for all their hard work, dedication, and passion that made the entire experience such a fun ride.

We've created 9 years of holiday videos with Appleby College. I love that Appleby is willing to experiment and have some goofy fun with these.

Way, way back in 2008-2009, I made a little film called "Pink Bunnies" with a fantastic person named Laurel who observed me in one of my earlier experiences directing. Last month, in late 2025, I took behind-the-scenes photos and watched Laurel directing her film "Eddie". We came full circle!

People always walk up to me and ask me what we are doing I pull back my duck mask and I tell them, "Step back. I am a professional," before performing a perfect pirouette.

Our friends at Sauga City made this book so that your children could vandalize my face with crayons. But don't you dare do anything to Vicki or Zilla’s beautiful faces.

It's snowing outside as I post this so I think it's fitting to show a little behind-the-scenes filming of when we recorded "Let It Go" from Frozen with the always amazingly talented ensemble of Rezonance Baroque Ensemble last month!

A few weeks ago, I got to experience something really special in the merging of my professional worlds; I was invited to photograph my mentor’s conference with my own students from Sheridan College.

It's always the dream to take professional headshots with an out-of-context brachiosaurus in the background because you should definitely hire anyone with a LinkedIn headshot that has a dinosaur in it.

I love working with local artists displaying their passion and skill. There's something about seeing people doing what they really were meant to do that is very inspiring. With the arts especially, it's just visually engaging to film!

Here is a wedding we shot a few weeks ago and THE MOST AMAZING BEHIND-THE-SCENES of how we get such elegant images. Behind every magical photo is a photography gremlin (Vicki, my wonderful wife) doing all the real work.

It was a blast on this product photoshoot in my own backyard with the owners of Sauga City Comics! Support REAL local artists doing REAL work that doesn't blend with all the other AI slop out there.

I now firmly believe that all photoshoots (even for corporate headshots) should take place inside a glowing room of a thousand colours. If your face is not green in your Linked In profile, you aren't doing it right.

Last week I had to direct an entire assembly of 800+ students and faculty to chant a song as the final shot of a video I am producing for Appleby College.

I NEVER EVER thought we would get a chance to fly a plane so thanks Lucas for the experience of a lifetime!

Over the past few months, we've been working with the Climb Smart Shop and Boulderz Climbing on an adventure gear series. Videos have been dropping once a week for a month now and there's still more to come!

Continuing with the birthday photoshoots! I never did these birthday shoots before but I feel like this should totally be a thing. No more birthday party event coverage and more birthday portraits please!

Had a fantastic time last week with talented visual strategist, Bonnie Dickson, shooting at the Mr. X event at the Toronto International Film Festival!

Birthday milestones are a really great excuse to take some awesome portraits and glam up! I think they'll be really fun to look back on and show future grandkids what you looked like at various stages of life.

Nothing says summer like filming on the beach and working with some fantastic people.
