2025 MarCom Platinum Award Winner!
2025 is winding to a close on a pretty whirlwind year for me.
It started with a lot of self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and a general air of uncertainty in terms of my life and career path. There were a lot of questions on if I should continue or give up and quit… I have a family to provide for and I felt like I was failing in my responsibilities and attention to the people I care about.
But somewhere in the spring time as the snow began to melt and the flowers bloomed, I decided it was also going to be a time for a mini-rebirth of myself. I would give everything my all and really commit to pushing for the life that I’ve wanted. This led me to a lot of really cool opportunities where I met some amazing people (and I’m sure you all know who you are! If you’re reading this, I’m probably talking about you). The connections I found this year and the existing relationships I’ve reinforced have made the latter half of this year become one of the most enlightening periods of my life. I’m so incredibly happy and excited to see where this journey all leads and that I get to walk this path with all of you. I hope that we can continue to lift each other up to support and grow together as friends and colleagues.
With that being said, I just wanted to share one achievement that I had with the brilliant team at City of Vaughan Recreation Services as well as my creative team within Limit One Productions. We were a Platinum Winner of 2025 with the international MarCom Awards recognizing our work on the Ageless and Unstoppable Campaign (check out a sizzle reel of our campaign here: https://youtu.be/7V7ssdA8sgo?si=U0BmmvwQktFz8jvv). It marks the first official award that Limit One Productions has been a part of and I just can’t thank the team enough for all their hard work, dedication, and passion that made the entire experience such a fun ride.
For everyone I talked to, hung out with, worked beside, and shared a smile with this year, THANK YOU for making this 2025 one of the most fulfilling years of my life and I’ll see you gorgeous people in 2026.
Love, Eric.
