Photographing inside a rainbow.

Many years ago, I did some shoots in a laser tag facility and in retrospect... that was a bad idea because if the lasers hit my camera sensor, it probably would have fried the sensor. But a few weeks ago we got to shoot in a much safer lighting situation in the Activate gaming rooms! I have been there to play before but not to shoot photography so it was really interesting to try and figure out how to make the lighting work for such a challenging environment.

I assisted with awesome photographer and visibility strategist Bonnie Dickson again to shoot with Rob Manne's fun team at https://inflectiv.co/ and we had a blast. I now firmly believe that all photoshoots (even for corporate headshots) should take place inside a glowing room of a thousand colours. If your face is not green in your linked in profile, you aren't doing it right.
