Directing 17 Years Ago to Now

Way, way back in 2008-2009, I made a little film called "Pink Bunnies" with a fantastic person named Laurel who observed me in one of my earlier experiences directing. Last month, in late 2025, I took behind-the-scenes photos and watched Laurel directing her film "Eddie". We came full circle!

I am so, so happy to reconnect with an amazing person like Laurel and watch her talent soar. She was already amazing 17 years ago so to see how far she has come with 2 more decades of growth as a filmmaker and creative voice is such a unique experience for me to witness.

I am so proud of Laurel and it was such a pleasure to be on set with an entire crew of incredibly welcoming and talented filmmakers. I can’t wait to see how Eddie turns out.
